Peaceful Dove cross stitich

"I will grant PEACE in this land. Luke 2:11" My great-grandmother gave me this kit for Christmas. It now hangs in my kitchen. Just a little touch of love.

Eagle Scout Badge cross stitch

My father grew up in boy scouts and continued on to be an Eagle Scout. When my brother joined scouts, Daddy became a scout leader. I never did girl scouts or Brownies but I was able to tag along with Dad on camping trips, hiking trips, and other scouting events...and earned every badge! I wanted to give Daddy something that I knew that he would appreciate, I located a cross stitch pattern for this Eagle Scout badge and gave it to my dad for his birthday. I don't think he was expecting it at all, but he definitely loved it.

Butterfly Cross stitch set

Everyone likes butterflies. I found a cross stitch kit for these three butterflies and stitched them up as a gift for my great-grandmother. Cross stitch pictures make unique gifts and last a lifetime.

Always and Forever photo cross stitch

Here'a a blast from my past. This is some of my early work on cross stitching. When I first started cross stitching, I discovered that I could create my own patterns using my own personal photos. I made this cross stitch of myself and my boyfriend at the time, back when I was in high school.

Desert Beauty Cross Stitch

My mother loves living in Arizona. She loves the southwest and all that it represents. Whether it be the Valley sunsets, the mountainous backdrops, or the Native American inspirations, she's always been in love with the Grand Canyon State. For her birthday, I purchased a prepackaged cross stitch kit and stitched this design for her. I love making stuff for my mom because she knows how much work and love I put into them for her. :)

Rainbow Lillies Cross Stitch

My grandmother has always been one to inspire me. She spends most of her time creating beautiful crafts for all of her children and grandchildren for birthdays and Christmas. I wanted to give Grandma something extra special, to return the favor, if you will, so I designed an artful cross-sitch pattern especially for her. Grandma is a very creative person, so the finished product needed to be vibrant - just like her! I love you, Grandma.
